Drug Rehab & Addiction Treatment Specialist · Founder of Redefining Wellness
Charleen founded Chars Consulting on a simple belief: healing happens when people feel truly seen. For too many, mental-health care has meant explaining, or defending, who they are before anyone will help.
With years of experience in addiction treatment and crisis intervention, she brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to every conversation, meeting people where they are and understanding the cultural and personal circumstances that shape each person's story. She is also the founder of Redefining Wellness, a non-profit dedicated to substance-abuse treatment and drug-addiction recovery.
Every person who reaches out is met the same way, with respect, confidentiality, and genuine care.
